The Role of the Church in the Work of Social Justice

May 31

12:15 pm–1:30 pm | Finlator Hall

Because of Pullen’s history, current activism, and stated commitments, we are often described as a “social justice church.” What role do you think the church should play in social justice locally and globally? How should lay and clergy leaders work together in these efforts?

Join this community conversation facilitated by Chalice Overy as we reflect on these questions together. We want to hear from you as we continue to shape our life and witness as a congregation. This listening session offers space to share perspectives, consider how we engage justice work, and explore how we move forward as a community.

Light refreshments will be provided. All are welcome.
