Missions and Outreach Council
The Missions and Outreach Council leads our ministry beyond our church walls, promoting peace, justice, and reconciliation in our community and around the world as we attempt to follow Jesus’ model of servanthood. The involvement of Pullen groups in outreach ministries and our funding of organizations that serve persons in need are coordinated through this Council. The Council consists of six at-large members and representatives from both international and local partnerships and Mission Groups. Examples: AMOS Health and Hope in Nicaragua, Community of the Cross of Nails, Cuba, Earth Ministry, House All, Pullen Working Group for Homelessness / iHEAR, Interfaith Creation Care of the Triangle, Peace Cathedral in the Republic of Georgia, Pullen Mission Women, Resettlement and Sanctuary.
