Pastoral Drop-in Hours
In line with our goal of exploring the interdependence of the pastoral and prophetic in our strategic plan, our ministerial staff will have posted pastoral care drop-in hours. I have noticed that people sometimes say that they don’t want to bother us because they know that we are busy. While we do have a steady stream of work, pastoral care is part of what we intend to busy ourselves with each week. We hope that posting these hours will help to communicate our availability for pastoral visits and increase accessibility by removing the need to make an appointment. These hours do not represent the totality of our working hours, and we are available by appointment outside the posted drop-in hours. To make that clear, we will no longer call these Ministerial Office Hours, but rather Pastoral Care Drop-in hours.
Nancy: T: 10 am - 12 pm and F: 9 - 11 am
Ian: T: 10 am - 12 pm and W: 3 - 5 pm
Larry: M: 1:30 - 3:30 pm and T: 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Chalice: T: 12 - 2 pm and Th: 3 - 5 pm
Tommy: W: 1- 3 pm and F: 11 am - 1 pm
