It's a wonderful time of year. The leaves are changing, the nights are getting cooler, and planning begins for the new year. On Sunday, October 16, during the congregational meeting, members of Pullen Memorial voted to approve the 2023 budget. The finance committee has done great work gathering the needs and hopes for the coming year and translating them into a sound planning document for Pullen's aspirations in 2023.
Now it's our turn. We know that Pullen members live and give generously. As members, we embrace the responsibility of supporting our church and its mission. Last month, each Pullenite should have received a copy of the budget proposal, as well as a pledge card, in the mail. On Pledge Sunday, we want each Pullenite to bring their pledge cards with their best gift for 2023. By pledging your support to Pullen Memorial, you are making the finance goals of our church become a reality.
Without congregational giving, Pullen would be unable make the impact it does. We, the members and community of Pullen, make this happen when we Pledge and fulfill those Pledges. Join us on Sunday October 30 as we commit our pledges together during worship.
