  • Pullen Memorial Baptist Church 1801 Hillsborough Street Raleigh, NC, 27605 United States (map)

During The Table on December 1 at 6:00 pm on Zoom

Join us on December 1 at 6:00 pm as we commemorate World AIDS Day by sharing in the sacred stories of those who lived through the HIV/AIDS crisis of the 1980’s and early 1990’s. We will hear from four men with unique experiences of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Through their voices we’ll explore what we have learned (or have yet to learn) that might help end the epidemic and inform the way we respond to other crises. Panelists: Jimmy Gibbs, UCC Minister & National Chair of the Center for AIDS Research Community Advisory Boards Coalition Frederick James, Businessman, Minister, Musician Dave Parnell, Pullen member & former Raleigh Human Relations Commission Member Mahan Siler, Former Pullen Pastor, 1983-1998 Register in advance for this meeting by 11/30: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZ0uc-qhrD0tGdeb2boCxCI3A2CvoSZ4bHOO.
