The Table: (Summer Schedule): June 12, July 10, and August 14 at 5:30 pm in Finlator Hall

In the summer, we will meet once each month. Dinner will still be served at 5:30 pm, with the program beginning at 6:30 pm. Children’s and youth programs will also be offered on these nights. Dinner is $8 for adults and youth (grades 6-12), $5 for children (grades K-5), and free for preschoolers, with a maximum of $24/family.

Program for June 12: Let Justice Roll Down Like Waters: We’ll hear from George Jones, Executive Director, and Rev. Don Singletary, Director of Community Engagement for Partners for Environmental Justice (PEJ). PEJ began over 30 years ago with local Episcopal churches coming together to address injustices impacting Raleigh’s Rochester Heights community. Their work has been instrumental in securing justice in Rochester Heights and in the development of the Walnut Creek Wetland Park. We’ll learn about this history and the ongoing work for environmental justice in our area.
